DANIEL FISHER (JACOB, MOLESTON, DANIEL) was born 07 Mar 1836 in Huntington CO, IN, and died 18 May 1907 in Marion, IN. He married (1) HANNA MARIE HULL. She died 1871 in Grant Co, IN. He married (2) MARGARET PARKER 27 Jun 1878. She was born 18 May 1856 in Whitley Co, IN, and died 19 May 1917.

Margaret was converted in her teens and at once joined the Methodist Episcopal Church, in which she has been a member all her life. She was a charter member of the Highland Ave church. During her last sickness and intense suffering she said to me that her faith and comfort rested on the Promises of her Savior and her daily trust was in Him. "Blessed are the dead that die in Him."

Jean Straton Porter, the American writer of sentimental stories such as "Freckles", "A girl of the Limberlost", etc lived when a girl on the farm next to the Daniel Fisher's Farm.

Daniel's wife Hannah and daughter Matilda, we believe, died in the same year possibly 1870. Then Daniel moved to Marion, IN. The three boys lived for some time with Bill Rennaker's family. Bill was a brother to Elias B. Rennaker.

CYRUS W FISHER, b. 1865; m. MINNIE ???. Cyrus was an excellent toolmaker in Marion, IN.
JACOB REZIN FISHER, b. 15 Sep 1867, Huntington CO, IN; d. 22 May 1950.
IRA NEWKIRK FISHER, b. 30 Jul 1871.

MARY FISHER.
CHARLES EDGAR FISHER.
