John August Fisher was born in Germany, on 20 May 1846, he died on 14 Dec 1928 in Oregon, Illinois. He was married to Amelia Florence Paggel on 3 Jul 1870. He came to U.S.A. in April 1881 from Bernstorf, Bietof, Germany. I am not sure of the spelling of the town's name. His wife was born 12 July 1853, died 8 September 1919.
